"Cuba is sending about 460 doctors and nurses to West Africa to help fight Ebola, an effort that was praised on Friday by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry."

I wonder if any will contract Ebola, and if they will spread the disease through Cuba. (The US medical missionaries who contracted Ebola went voluntarily, they weren't conscripts.)

Yes.

Another ‘grand gesture’ made by a dictator who doesn't give a damn about his own people. When the doctors come back infected Castro won't care... no audience for his self absorbed narcissism to reflect off of....

Or maybe like Obama he gets off on the misery he can inflict on others. Unless you have a better explanation ...
