Analysts: Islamic State Will Be Hard to Defeat [Obama Excuse For Failure Begins]
Voice of America ^ | 10/17/14 | Sharon Behn

As U.S. and coalition partners repeatedly bomb Islamic State fighters trying to capture the Syrian city of Kobani, analysts in the United States warn that the IS organization is an experienced and resilient force that will be hard to defeat.

Despite days of punishing airstrikes in and around the Syrian city of Kobani and inside Iraq, the black and white flag of the Islamic State still stubbornly flies above rooftops from the Turkish border in the west to within miles of Baghdad.

It’s going to be even harder to defeat since he’s not trying to defeat it...

Try harder. Try to win. Stop the spin. Take real action. Stop talking to the press. You have Marines and soldiers so USE THEM to WIN. Get it?...try to win...defeat the enemy.

Malik’s most controversial dictum is summarized in the following manner: in war, “the point where the means and the end meet” is in terror. He formulates terror as an objective principal of war; once terror is achieved the enemy reaches his culminating point. “Terror is not a means of imposing decision upon the enemy; it is the decision we wish to impose . . . .” Malik’s divine principal of Islamic warfare may be restated as “strike terror; never feel terror.” The ultimate objective of this form of warfare “revolves around the human heart, [the enemies] soul, spirit, and Faith.” Terror “can be instilled only if the opponent’s Faith is destroyed . . . . It is essential in the ultimate analysis, to dis- locate [the enemies] Faith.” Those who are firm in their religious conviction are immune to terror, “a weak Faith offers inroads to terror.” Therefore, as part of preparations for jihad, actions will be oriented on weakening the non-Islamic’s “Faith,” while strengthening the Islamic’s.

Remember that time the Lakers got beat by the Ridgemont High Jr. Varsity team? I think Obola was the Laker’s coach at the time.

...flag of the Islamic State still stubbornly flies above rooftops...

So what’s up with the Sunni population in the areas that IS has taken over? Are they okay with their new rulers? My impression is that they are. I don’t recall seeing any indication otherwise. What an incredibly screwed up bunch of people to be content with being ruled over by literal terrorists.

If this is the case then I’m almost inclined to say let IS take its natural territory in the Sunni areas. Then recognise IS as a nation existing with the consent of its people. Then fight it like you would fight a nation, with its population as fair game.

Then we’d be free of the hostage situation paradigm where IS can hide behind the population. Then we could get rough with them.

Fightin’ with two hands tied behind your back is always a chore. Too bad Obama has succeeded in stalling out the politicos, the public and the congress. Talking and jiving just long enough to help the next Islamic state get off the gorund was apparently his mission and OBama has been a success. Talking and waiting to see what will happen next is all every one else has done since 2008. Wait and see means wait and die.+

Want to beat ISIS—total war.

Send a message:annihilate much of the Middle East and Islam will get the point. Brute Force is all they understand.

On November 10th, we will send in troops. Like everything else, Obama is looking at how this impacts the party instead of how this impacts America.
