Ebola victim’s nephew speaks: The system killed him
New York Post ^ | October 16, 2014 | Josephus Weeks

On Friday, Sept. 25, 2014, my uncle Thomas Eric Duncan went to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. He had a high fever and stomach pains. He told the nurse he had recently been in Liberia. But he was a man of color with no health insurance and no means to pay for treatment, so within hours, he was released with some antibiotics and Tylenol. Two days later, he returned to the hospital in an ambulance. Two days after that, he was finally diagnosed with Ebola. Eight days later, he died alone in a hospital room. Now, Dallas suffers. Our country is concerned. Greatly. About the lack of answers and transparency coming from a hospital whose ignorance, incompetence and indecency has yet to be explained. I write this on behalf of my family because we want to set the record straight about what happened and ensure that Thomas Eric did not die in vain. So, here’s the truth about my uncle and his battle with Ebola.

Ebola killed him. The virus is based on the historical average 67% fatal dating back to 1976. And we better get control of Ebola before it starts to burn through the USA.

We may not be closing of travel from affected Africa but a few more cases and the rest of the world will close their borders to United States travelers.

Duncan killed himself when he did not say that 10 days ago he was in West Africa and exposed to ebola, that, and, Obola let him into the country.

Even Sharpton doesn’t want to touch this one.

I'm a man of color-white and if it weren't that I'm covered under my wife's plan I'd have squat. I paid for your uncles care and so did every taxpaying America citizen you ungrateful spear-chucking Hottentodt.

Is it possible to hear anyone anywhere saying anything as stupid and evil as this? Hopefully the guy is illegal so we can deport him.

As if.

I have no confidence that this gov. will do anything right. The people are check cashers and pension collectors who have no idea how to do their jobs and now it is life and death. I hold then responsible.

You know that the easily excitable audience that this message will resonate with are going to make a ton of hay out of it...

Sharpton and Jackson have stolen thunder from Frank’s Red Hot Sauce.

It’s called “Racism! I put that sh@t on everything!”

The Ebony Skin Color Cloak of Malignant Entitlement -- Grants the wearer unlimited medical expenses while carrying pathogens with 70% mortality. Also affords family members the opportunity to become involved in the political maneuvers of conniving and incompetent government/race-baiting industries, with the potential to sue for millions.

Duncan probably infected people on both sides of the Atlantic.

He gamed our laws and showed no regard for anyone but himself. The virus killed him, but his inept initial emergency room visit that let a dead man walk out to keep infecting others is just plain incompetently deplorable, along with the previous screw ups which allowed him to get here in the first place.
