The airline confirmed to ABC News that the man was their medical protocol supervisor who was purposefully not wearing protective gear.
"Our medical professionals in the biohazard suits have limited vision and mobility and it is the protocol supervisors job to watch each person carefully and give them verbal directions to insure no close contact protocols are violated," a spokesperson from Phoenix Air told ABC News said.
"There is absolutely no problem with this and in fact insures an even higher level of safety for all involved," the spokesperson said.

He is the guy that dissed his supervisor during “private” conversations. :)

I guess the explanation is that he’s too important to get ebola.

When I used to be in the National Guard, I would always get harassed by sergeants and officers if I was sitting around or walking around not doing anything.
I learned that I was forever left alone if I would just walk around with a clipboard and walk with determination.

So, this guy is hanging around an infected person unprotected. If a nurse does this she gets quarantined for 21 days. This guy takes his clipboard and goes home, stopping off at the Quick Stop for a six pack.

I think there are things called “cameras” that could be used to guide the handlers. They might even be able to use something called a “radio” that the people in Hazmat suits could use inside their suit.

My favorite is that Duncan laid on in ER for 2 days in front of other patients.
And that no one treating Duncan wore protective gear for the first 2 days.
Wait a minute ...

There is a video of Clipboard Man putting something in the first step of the plane's gangplank, everyone stepping on it, and then he picks it up with his bare hands and brings it into the plane.
