Gunner, that was a great video - ya do good work. That barrel never stood a chance, lol. It probably reached a height of at least 200 feet - awesome!
Windflier, I sure enjoyed meeting you and your wife, and kids. Your wife is precious and the kids were great and really helped me a lot in moving stuff.
TheMom and MyLife, thanks for organizing the shoot - tremendous fun and great event.
Jim, I’m so glad I got to meet you - FR has really helped me through some bad times - mere thanks seems totally inadequate, but my thanks to you are heartfelt.
I sure enjoyed seeing everyone again and meeting the Boss, Jim, and some new shooters, as well. I had a lot of fun and am looking forward to the next shoot to which I can manage to attend.
I missed the after party because I was just too tired out - still in recovery mode from all my medical problems, radiation and medication.
If I stepped on anyone’s toes or offended anyone in any way, I apologize most humbly, as it was unintentional - please forgive me.
I am slowly getting stronger, with God’s help and grace.

RT, it was a real pleasure meeting you. Thanks for hanging out with us while we waited for the main group to arrive from Canton. You were a gent of the first order.
Now that I know your general coordinates, I’ll have to stop in and spend some time. I get over to that side of town every few weeks or so. We’ve spoken so many times on the forum, but there’s nothing like meeting in person to build real friendship.
If you ever have reason to pass near Lake Ray Hubbard, give me a holler so we can have you over for coffee.

Both of us are completely exhausted and only staying up to watch The Walking Dead. Heard from TheGirl, she & Dan landed in NYC 15 minutes before we got home.
I had an absolute blast this weekend! I talked and laughed so much last night, I woke up with sore ribs and a scratchy throat.
It was so great to see all my FRiends, who I love so much; and wonderful to meet new FRiends.
This year we had the highest number of attendees at the range since the Memorial Shoot started. It is very exciting to see this event grow each year.
I’m in the process of editing just over 100 pictures and will get them posted tomorrow(ish).
More later ~ when my brain is not so numb.

Not quite on the mend just yet, but it will be soon now, I hope.
There are a few more tests and other preparations before the surgery, but I don’t
think there will be any more exploring done after the 27th of this month.

I haven't had that much live fun and camaraderie in way too long. Even better, it was with a group of folks I've been hanging out with online for years and years. It was just so doggone cool to finally match live people to all of the forum handles I know so well.
Thanks for all your tireless work to pull this great weekend off, Mom. It was so much fun, and we'll definitely be attending from now on.
