“The real figure is twice as high,” Hélène Charveriat, the delegate-general of the Union of French Citizens Abroad, told the Independent. […]

“Young people feel stuck, and they want interesting jobs. … Businessmen say the labor code is complex, and they’re taxed even before they start working. Pensioners can also pay less tax abroad,” Charveriat said. …

Ain’t Socialism great? When even Britain looks like a better opportunity, you know France is the pits. Too bad Obumbles and his band of Marxists are steering the US into the same Leftist graveyard.

Natural grass not the issue here, why do French people migrating to London evidently think that “the grass is greener” in England?

The problem we are all going to find is that there is no place left to run to that hasn’t been appropriated by the redistributionists and the Musloids.

Then here was the Frenchman who wanted to become a British citizen. His friends could not understand why as he would not say.

When he became a British citizen they asked again, and he said...”Yesterday, Waterloo was a defeat! Today IT IS A VICTORY!”

I was just in London and there were a lot of people speaking French more than I expected to hear. I learned that one part of London, South Kensington is the location where a lot of the young Frenchmen and Frenchwomen have settled. They have come to London for jobs.

I also met a delightful young woman from just outside of Rome who came to London for a job because there was nothing for her in the way of employment back home and she was working as a waitress in a restaurant in Pimlico.

I know a Frenchman who owned five businesses in France. He had to pay his “income” taxes on the first of January of each year based on what the government declared he’d be making. In order to close the businesses he’d have to pay wages and benefits for an additional five years. One Friday he locked them all up and immigrated to America. He HATES the French government. He went from running his own companies to being an employee here but he’d much happier. As to what happened to his companies he said, “I don’t care. If the government wants to run them, then more power to them.”

“I knew two “Frenchies” who came to work for companies where I worked.”

The ones who leave because they’re frustrated with Communism are the crème of the crop. The ones who stay are the leeches who suck off the teats of the socialist state. Eventually, they’ll be the only ones left and they’ll suck the state dry. France will die.

Talk about immoral government practices. No wonder they have Brussels ruling over them and they are no longer independent, de jure. Worse thing is that the government in Brussels is more immoral in that sense than they themselves are, and are bigger micromanagers and intruders into personal life.
