Boston bombing suspect Tsarnaev allegedly knew of brother's role in 2011 murders

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s attorneys, who appear to be crafting a defense based around casting the older brother as a bullying mastermind of the Boston operation, renewed their push for evidence on Friday arguing the government had previously said the case was “might be relevant if Dzhokhar were aware of it.” They then pointed to a letter they received from prosecutors on Aug. 15, 2014, saying the government had a witness prepared to testify that “Dzhokhar had such an awareness.”

The developments come just days before both sides are scheduled to release their initial list of witnesses in the bombings trial, which is scheduled to take begin in January. Both sides are due in a Boston courtroom on Oct. 20 for status hearing in the case.

Sept 11, 2011 – Tamerlan’s best friend, another Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School grad (same class as Tamerlan?) and boxer, Brendan Halley Mess (25, martial arts instructor) and two other Jewish men, Erik Hacker Weissman (31, a Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School grad, personal trainer) and Raphael Teken (37, close friend to Mess’ brother Dylan, and bodybuilder) were dragged to different rooms and murdered in Mess's and Teken’s apartment at 12 Harding Avenue Waltham, MA – throats slit/nearly decapitated, seven pounds of marijuana and $5,000 scattered over bodies. Suspicion is now on Tamerlan. Cell phone records show the brothers were in the area that night. Police records show marijuana arrests and neighbors thought they were dealers. A 3 dinner order was called into Gerry's Italian Kitchen at 8:54 p.m. from Mess’ cell, but when a delivery woman arrived at 9:14 pm, there was no answer at the door and no one answered a call to Weissman's cell phone, from which the order was placed. Cell phone records show none of their cells were used after that time. The bodies were discovered the next day. Tamerlan didn’t go to Mess’ memorial or funeral and didn’t go back to the gym until March 2013 when he was rude. Friends say he was upset with Mess’ lifestyle.

The older brother was a double agent thru his uncle!

From my notes: 1995 – Uncle Ruslan Zaindi Tsarni (changed spelling of last name at some point), of Tokmak, Kyrgyzstan, first came to US. Early 1990s, Ruslan marries Samantha Ankara Fuller, daughter of Graham E. and Prudence Fuller. Ruslan graduated from Duke Law School in 1998. Samantha a graduate student in NC. Beginning in the early 1990s, Tsarni worked as a “consultant” for USAID, which is known to be frequently used as a cover for CIA operatives. They were divorced by 2004. She currently lives abroad and is director of several companies involved in strategies to increase energy production from clean-burning and renewable resources. Ruslan is a well-connected oil executive who at one point worked for a Halliburton shell company used as a front to obtain oil contracts from the Kazakh State. He worked for other Halliburton-connected companies, Nelson Resources and Golden Eagle Partners, and in 2005 was VP, Business Development and Corporate Secretary of Big Sky Energy, a Halliburton subsidiary.

Graham Fuller spent 20 years as operations officer in Turkey, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong. In 1982 Fuller was appointed the National Intelligence Officer for Near East and South Asia at the CIA, and in 1986, under Ronald Reagan, he became the Vice-Chairman of the National Intelligence Council, with overall responsibility for national level strategic forecasting. Graham Fuller was listed as one of the American Deep State rogues on Sibel Edmonds’ State Secrets Privilege Gallery. Edmonds explained it featured subjects of FBI investigations she became aware of during her time as an FBI translator. Criminal activities were being protected by claims of State Secrets, she asserted.

These brothers were just getting street cred amongst their own. Killing the kaffir is normal business for the muzz and has been for 1,400 years. Study history, it’s all there. No different with the muzz gangs in Britain and Sweden and elsewhere raping children, hey what’s wrong with that, it’s their culture, and we all need diversity, right? You racists will never understand. Sarc. Let’s do the right thing once and for all; seal the borders, deport all of them, all of the muzz, out of the Western world, in order to save it. Let them kick and scream, and threaten, and when they attempt to deliver, wipe them out. Once and for all. Get it over with, for the sake of what’s left of Western Civilization, which they’ve been attempting to destroy from their beginning. Afterall, it is their belief and their mission, so let’s help them and send them to allah. Inshallah.
