RE: I had to show a voter registration card and a photo ID. They used scanned paper ballots.
Looks like Hawaii is doing it better than Long Island, New York.
Where I live, all I have to do is tell them my name ( nope, I don’t have to prove who I am ).
I am not in Hawaii anymore. I have been breathing the refreshing, cool free air of Alaska for the past two years. Need to change my profile I guess.
Why would you want to move from the tropical paradise to the frozen paradise?
“Senator Al Franken (D-Lino Lakes)
He’s not from Lino Lakes nor does he live there. (That’s pretty red territory)”
The author was discussing “Lino Lakes”, the correctional institution.
“I just voted in a local election Tuesday. I had to show a voter registration card and a photo ID.”
I am willing to bet the house, car, boat, wife, dog and all other worldly possessions that the person who asked for ID card and a photo ID was a democrap, feminist, right?
It has happened to me in a previous voting place that is strongly democrap. My wife and I walked into the precinct together. The same person did not check my wife who was immediately in front of me in line. ;-)
I don't think there are any of those in this town.
At 65, I no longer look good in a swimsuit and am long past my "Beach Bum" phase. Besides, Hawaii is no place for a conservative firearms enthusiast.
There is no sometimes about it. But this sentence shows the depth of the craven cowardice into which the GOP now finds its home. They are so craven, they won't even defend their own no-account jobs. Overwhelmingly, it's Democrats who use voter fraud. Clean elections will help Republicans win elections. They won' even protect their own re-elections. Is it even possible to sink lower?
