The number of children treated in Colorado for limb weakness or paralysis-like symptoms after coming down with a respiratory virus has risen to 11, a hospital official said on Friday.
Melissa Vizcarra, spokeswoman for Children's Hospital Colorado, said the child in the latest case is suffering from muscle weakness but tests have not conclusively linked it to a nationwide outbreak of Enterovirus D68 (EV-D68).

Feels like polio....or something close. Where did it come from? Some south of the border country for sure.
I wish I could read further, but I have Business Insider in the same category as the Huffington Post. I won’t click their links. That being said, it is interesting that there is no brave and enterprising reporter who is curious as to whether this might have origins outside of this country.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

This happened to my grandson in Michigan last year. We live in an area that has a heavy migrant population. Scary. He couldn’t walk for a couple of days because of the pain and stiffness. Daughter took him to doctor...said that they see this every so often in kids.....I think it’s exactly what’s happening in Colorado. Scary but he’s okay now...took about a week to fully recover.
The feds have sent children illegals all over the country without the knowledge of state or local authorities. I believe religious organizations like Catholic and Lutheran social services are the facilitators, for which they are generously paid.
That’s all top secret don’t you know? Even the teachers can’t tell you they have those kids in their classrooms.
