Hey, I’ve got an idea. Strip them nekkid and make them go run down the row. See if they’re ‘bothered’ or ‘disturbed’ when they finish.

I really laughed out loud at that! My folks had a Victory garden when I was a kid and it included okra plants. I always HATED having to get the okra pods, because I would be itching for a long time afterwards. ......I really like a good batch of okra fried with cornmeal batter, though!!!

I guarantee they’ll be able to ID ‘okra’ the next go around. They’ll be itching to dreams of okra leaves when they sleep for weeks.

Slimey boiled okra is an acquired taste, same with Scotch whiskey and the flavour of old sweat socks.

I can’t get past the appearance of boiled or steamed okra to acquire a taste, lol.

It’s good for you, but I agree it looks like a hunk of phlegm laying there on the plate. You might try hiding it under some cheese sauce to get past the appearance and improve the taste. :)

I understand that it’s regarded as a thickener in stews and gumbo, and I like it just fine there since I can’t see it, lol. That’s the only way it’s ever going to get past my lips.

"But it did have quite a number of characteristics that were similar to a cannabis plant."

Georgia State Patrol Capt. Kermit Stokes has very few characteristics that are similar to a law enforcement professional. Once again, Drug Warriors prove themselves to be the dregs.

So incompetence and disturbing the peace is all hunky dory as long as a government union is protecting the backside?

First off it’s “bartow county” not “broward county” (great reporting) and secondly what would the criminal penalties be if you and I assaulted a person in their home? Law enforcement is not so much held to a lower standard as held to no standard at all.

I disagree. He is EXACTLY what current law enforcement professionals should be. Arrogant, stupid, irresponsible, and like all government employees totally unwilling to take any responsibility for his actions. And further, because he IS a cop he and his jackbooted thugs in tan will never incur the slightest consequences for their criminal acts. Where the disconnect comes in is that he isn't what us peasants THINK a law enforcement professional should be.
