That’s correct. There would be no court order signed by a judge and enforced by LEOs if they had voluntarily followed the first control order implemented by Dallas County Health.
I think the boldness of the lies makes the show even more popular. They'll get fantastic television ratings, which can be used to drive up ad revenues, which can flow back to the campaign war-chest.
Perhaps the use of that is to preempt Hillary! or her equivalent from using "What difference, at this point, does it make?"
