There appears to be a nurse at the first visit he made to the hospital who made an horrible and almost incomprehensible mistake. The man told her where he was from and his symptoms and she didn’t pass it on or make the connection. Amazing incompetence and reckless stupidity.

If it was a scy fy movie it would have the patient telling her that while she is taking notes and being interrupted by her pager right at that moment and being distracted. With a close up of the blank “Country of Origin” line on the form.
I tell my kids that a lot of problems in business and in life are due to poor communications - perhaps most problems. Some are more important than others.
It would be interesting to hear when he bought his ticket. ASAP to get to better care, or had he had it for awhile? “That's too bad I was carrying Aunt Ebe all over the place trying to get her treated for Ebola and she died last night. But I feel fine, and this ticket isn't refundable.”
I don't find it hard to believe that he had Ebola and wasn't showing symptoms yet. I think it can take 4 to 21 days to show symptoms once you have it. And it is transmissible once the symptoms show - so hopefully the airplane and airport are okay.
Unless he was still wearing the same jacket that he was wearing carrying the Ebola victim. It can last 2-3 days on an object IIRC.
Why would anybody in their right mind believe anything Obama’s government says about anything? And why would anyone think ebola wasn’t going to enter out country ASAP given Obama’s open borders policy and refusal of travel restrictions in and out of hot zones?
I left the R party when they controlled the executive branch and both houses and showed who they really are.
As far as I’m concerned, the GOPe and Dems are two sides of the same coin. They are playing good cop, bad cop with us. And playing us for fools. I’m not playing any more.
And if Romney gets the nomination, I’ll vote for whichever opponent is most likely to win against him, regardless of party.

I can tell by your response that you are not familiar with the body of my work here. It is broader than you may suspect.
We all disagree on one issue or another. We all have different reasons for posting on a site. I’ve been here since 1998. I’ve agreed with most, but occasionally disagree. Regardless, I prefer when adults RESPECTFULLY disagree. Especially with the whole world watching.
My only comment on the tone you are using on this public site will be the above.
It’s ok to disagree. It need not be personal. I suspect we agree a lot more than we disagree, whis is one reason I’m on this site.
