Witnessed in the late night hours during equipment recovery following a training exercise at Ft. Campbell, KY:

Tall, athletic, black, male SFC: “Private, pick up that power supply and take it downstairs.”

Short, petite, white, female PFC: “But Sergeant, it’s heavy!”

SFC (the supervisor) picks up the power supply and hauls it down a long, narrow flight of stairs in a WWII-era wooden barracks bldg., converted for use in exercises. Female PFC trails behind.

SFC: “What would you do if we were in the field!?”

PFC: “But Sergeant, it’s so heavy!”

This is what decades of affirmative action have done to our fire depts., law enforcement agencies, and armed forces.

The Usher is responsible for the day-to-day running of the White House and its staff. He/she is not responsible for the Secret Service, and when the Usher asked them to turn the alarm off then the correct response should have been 'no'. But It's pretty clear that the Secret Service has gotten pretty lax over the last few decades since Reagan was shot.

I think this is BS. I think it’s intentional. I think they want the property all around the White House and this is their slick little operation to make that happen.

That was my first thought too... that it was a fake crisis to achieve a nafarious goal - a goal Obama's people couldn't get through normal channels... Then again the Secret Service could just be incompetent.

If the White House uses this 'mistake' to close down areas around the White House and interrogates anyone and everyone within blocks then you're probably right xzins. It's a calculation totalitarian move.

But if instead the Secret Service learns to lock doors AND beefs up their security and training WITHIN the gates of the White House then this might be what it seems on the surface: incompetence.

On the news they reminded the viewers of years back when that guy was shooting at the WH, the rooftop SS thought it was was a car backfiring or some such hooey and days later a maid found broken glass inside a room from a bullet. Now, this guy gets all the way inside without anyone trying very hard to stop him. Either the SS don't want to lay their lives on the line for the clown or this was a false flag and it was planned for when the First Family wasn't there. The SS isn't that incompetent but the admin is. The story, as do most that come from the WH, smells. Something is up. Either he's playing on sympathies for a martial law or quarantine or a dozen other scenarios he and his handlers are working on to curtail our freedoms.
