Illegals, adults and minors, have been streaming thru El Paso for years. Heck, there is a foot bridge connecting Mexico to El Paso that they use everyday just below the lift station for the canals.
IF this outbreak is NEW, it had to be intentionally infected into the illegal minors and then they were sent across the border.
With all that is going on, the sickness with the kids around the nation, the TB out breaks, etc, I believe this is what is happening. Our government may know about it or they may not know about it.
My money is on they know about it.
