“Vote only for Conservatives. It’s time to just say No to RINOs.”

That’s counterproductive. We need to start picking them off in the Senate where a conservative replacement is there for at least 6 years. The Senate has become like an elephant burial ground for both parties. These old fossils are so full of themselves that they think they are mini-kings and queens who are deserving of a state funeral when they are carried from the Senate to the closest cemetery. We have RINO trash (like Hatch and other octogenarians) to carry on the “legacy.” The real underlying problem we face is “big money” people and companies who have bought both parties for half a century or more. They are behind the illegal immigration problem and profligate government spending for openers.

Like I said, I’m not planning on holding in any See-Uh-Oh-2 waiting on it. Besides, not much will change except maybe some parking spots.

I don’t think it’s going to be a huge majority and in fact I hope we keep even the technical majority. There has been so much infighting and disgraceful behavior that we have lost even some “safe” seats, so I’m not convinced we’ll even have a majority.

I think there are plans underway to replace Boehner (who is a relic from another age) if we get a good majority, but I doubt that it will happen unless people get out there and vote for whoever has ended up as the GOP candidate. You may not like him or her, but remember, numbers are the important thing, and if the primaries are over, just vote for whoever ended up as the GOP candidate and hope that conservatives can do better the next time around.

We’d do better if we focused on one not universally satisfactory but basically good candidate from the start rather than having five ego-driven special-issue candidates siphoning off the vote of their little bands of adherents.

I also doubt that the GOP is going to take the Senate. Our candidates just haven’t been good enough to overcome the hype and GOP support has been very divided.

And if we get only one house, we won’t be able to do much of anything except complain, as we have been doing for the last 2 years.

Andrew Wilkow told a story on his show last week, told to him by Louis Gohmert.

A bunch of House Republicans were going to vote against Boehner for Speaker. They decided to tell him in advance. Gohmert said “Don’t, he’ll start crying. Just vote.” They went in against his advice and you guessed it. Boehner started crying when they announced their decision.

And they changed their minds because of it.

A large group here puts party above principle and has sent both to hell. Logic seems to be in short supply on your side, so let me try to explain as simply as possible:

The GOP party has been infiltrated by people who are not conservatives and are not principled. They have taken money from conservatives and spent that money opposing their candidates.

The GOP is not a monolithic organism, it is (or was supposed to be) a group of like-minded individuals who support the principles laid out in the Party Platform. If the leadership of the group (and individual candidates) no longer support these ideals, they must be isolated and removed.

I am not advocating a third party or voting for Democrats. I am simply advocating not supporting any RINO.

If you don’t know what a RINO is, please research John Boehner—he is the Speaker of the House and can be found listed as a synonym in the definition of RINO. See also Karl Rove and any known associates of either individual.

Electing RINOs can only result in calamity. Every single close vote that has advanced the agenda of the progressive Democrats has been passed by a RINO or group of RINOs.

(Another significant characteristic of a RINO is an affinity for groups—they abhor individual accountability and prefer to hide behind cowardly, secretive groups who operate behind closed doors.)

RINOs do not support the Republican Platform. They do not believe in the principles of conservative government. They are not reliable, nor trustworthy. They dissemble and lie and are generally whiners. They play to emotion and refuse logic. Image is more important to them than life or liberty. Simply put they are snakes in the grass.

If this is trite name calling, I refuse to apologize. I am sick of party leadership terrorizing their own base. No conservative could ever support the Democrat party, why do you expect them to support truly wicked leadership? In order to return the leadership to the people, we must eradicate RINOs and those who produce and market them.

Supporting RINOS in any way contributes directly to the downfall of our republic.

It’s Jonie Ernst (my error in the first name. She an impressive Republican US Senator candidate in Iowa, with a military record and a willingness to speak out on conservative issues.

RINOs do not support the Republican Platform.

I remember when Bob Dole was asked about a plank in the Republican platform and his response, it doesn't matter no one even reads that thing.
