Chelsea Clinton has given birth to a baby girl, according to a tweet she sent out early Saturday morning.
Her name is Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky.
A Clinton spokesperson confirmed to ABC News that she was born Friday.

Honestly I just think she looks like the worst of Bill and Hill. Resemblence to ugly Webb is just coincidence. Bill is OK but he is no great looker. Has some weird bug eyes himself, even if they are beady and shifty at the same time.
