The term “teenagers” is simply a euphemism for “black”.

Same can be said of "urban" as a term.

As with all labels intended not to offend that which is labeled,

the new label eventually comes to be understood as meaning that which is labeled,

at which point the new “unoffensive” label becomes offensive and must be changed.

Long story short -> “teens” or “teenagers” soon will be deemed “racist”.

Teenagers is not that euphemism. I was surprised it was used unless there were white kids involved. The accepted euphemism is "Teens"and refers to misbehaving blacks of any age normally if the group referenced contains one or more individuals under 30.
