After the 1st time, if building was still open and doing business, the owner should have made it a point to remove all cash or negotiable things of value (food stamps etc) out.

A TV report said this pile of trash included 10 burning candles. Mixing lots of highly flammables and candles is par for the course for holders peoples. Stupidity burned it.

I was not born a bigot. I was not a bigot during my school years in mixed race Philadelphia. But gradually, during the last 15 years or so, (I am 78,) due to events like these, certain monkey (no pun intended) trials, the corrupt, pervasive, welfare system, and reverse racism in society, I have become a bigot.
I think the reverse racism thing did it for me.
Why do we put up with this criminal behavior? Disburse the crowds with non-lethal means (preferably rubber pellets from a shotgun) and prosecute the thieves. This behavior is not a one time event but ingrained behavior simply taking advantage of a situation. Tolerance will only lead to more of the same as Ferguson’s history has already shown us.
