There is good reason to believe that President Barack Obama will not conduct an effective battle against the Islamic State. As Townhall’s Katie Pavlich explains, several generals have stated that his current plan will not accomplish his stated goal, and he has consistently rejected sound military advice regarding Iraq and Afghanistan. He and his subordinates obfuscate the nature of the enemy and the battle, and are not indicating that they are serious about defeating the Islamic State.

Hmmm. What would be the chance of him surviving a month were he a green LT. during VN? Which of course was over by the time he was old enough to regsiter for the draft. Had it not been over he said he probably would have joined the military. Uh, yeah, I ain’t buyin’ that happy crappy.

I remember reading the comments of a British officer who was describing a command/leadership program and the outcomes for candidates under consideration.
One candidate was especially ill-qualified and scored so badly that the officers’ unanimity in failing him was remarkable.
One said: ‘I can hardly see men following this officer into battle but if so, they’d only be doing it out of curiosity.
I wonder if the idiots who voted for “O” have their curiosity satisfied by now
