No real hills, the highest elevation is only about 100 feet. Cape Cod is pretty much tourist traps, retirees and a smattering of fishermen, with a couple of long range radar stations (well protected), Coast Guard facilities and a National Guard training area. The F-16s launched to intercept the 9/11 hijackers were out of Cape Cod.
The tourist industry pretty much skews liberal, as with the retirees, though there are a lot of military retirees, especially on the Upper Cape (nearer to Boston by road), but they are mostly Northeasterners.
