Next, a warrant for their capture, dead or alive, needs to be issued. Countries that harbor or deal with such fugitives should be boycotted. Qatar, in particular, needs disciplining.
Now if I were running for US Senate, I would show a picture of the famous ISIS Executioner and then state that Kay Hagan (or whoever) WILL NOT support revoking citizenship for Americans that go the Middle East for Jihad, even though Canada has, Australia will, and now Germany likely will.
And why won’t REPUBLICANS run ads like that, very simple - their advisers (most of them gay, by the way) tell them that the ads would be seen as “anti-Islamic”.
But there is a retort (not that it’s needed): The President and Secretary of State have stated UNEQUIVOCALLY that ISIS has NOTHING to do with Islam...so no issue there - the only people that would be offended are the (atheist) terrorists themselves.

The USA OTOH is not...
Their names and pictures should be distributed, they should be declared fugitive traitors, a bounty established, dead or alive. The dead ones should be air dropped at the ISIS command and control, heavily lathered in bacon grease, headless.
