How does it rate next to a good old fashioned 1960's era paper mill?
Cause we actually rolled the windows DOWN when we drove past it, in case one of us kids blew cookies...

Paper mill was perfume compared to pogy fish mill.
Smells like rotting fish.
Most were located a mile or 2 from the road and they would still gag you when you drove by.
