An 18-year-old teen living in Amherst could be deported for allegedly raping a minor.
The Erie County Sheriff’s Office arrested Herwinder Singh on September 9 and charged him with forcibly having sex with a minor.

An 18 year old is a MAN, not a TEEN.
This is what the headline should be:
“Illegal Alien will be deported after serving 20 years hard time for rape”
Can you say flight risk. . .
The judge “granted” him bail. What are the odds he will ever show up in court again?
He should be put to death, not deported. If it were your daughter you would agree...
Who grants rapist bail? That is odd
Who grants accused rapists, alleged murderers, etc. bail? Answer: Most judges.
It is not at all odd. In fact, it is quite common.
