46 percent of doctors give Obamacare a 'D' or 'F'

Forty-six percent of doctors give President Obama's healthcare law a "D" or an "F,"...

The findings come from a survey that was emailed to "virtually every physician in the United States with an email address on record with the American Medical Association" this March through June as the law's major provisions were taking effect, and received more than 20,000 responses from doctors.

In their comments that were included (but kept anonymous) in the report, a number of doctors complained about the vast amount of bureaucracy that has been added to the medical profession.

"Get government OUT of healthcare," one doctor wrote.

Another wrote, "Repeal Obamacare."

“Get government OUT of healthcare,” one doctor wrote.”

As long as the taxpayer is paying the bills, the taxpayer’s representatives will be involved in health care.

They don’t even have to dress up people like Dr’s here. Tell America !
They know it in their hearts and minds.
Doctors overwhelmingly declaring obama care a failure !

Republicans have so much to work with these next two election cycles.
Don’t blow it.

I'm a senior on SS and of course Medicare. My Advantage plan has been cancelled thanks to Obama. Don't know what I'll do yet.

I can see what the object is. That plan I paid out of my pocket. Parts A & B are taken directly out of my SS check. If I don't sign up for another plan from God knows where or what the premiums will be, I default to Medicare only where they can take anything they want out of my SS.

My last COLA went like this. I got a $15 a month increase. My premium went up $14 a month. You tell me.

A bit late for them to join the party...perhaps if THEIR ORGANIZATION, the AMA, hadn’t supported Obamacare at the outset, they wouldn’t have to deal with the disaster that it is.

Only one third of all doctors are members of the AMA, and a whole lot of them opposed the AMA’s support of Obamacare. Once shouldn’t paint with a broad brush here.

It turns out that AMA doctors aren’t any smarter than the average low information voter. Hey you morons, you wanted Obamacare, now you got it.

Exactly, and I would bet that if 46% of those on the AMA email list would give it a D or an F, it's more like 70-80% of physicians overall.

There is no evidence that the majority of US physicians ever supported Obamacare before the bill passed!

How could they? I doubt more than a handful of people have read the entire bill, even today. "We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it".

From a brief internet search, "After Obamacare’s passage, just 13 percent of American physicians agreed with the AMA’s support of the law, according to a survey from physician recruitment firm Jackson & Coker. Surveys have repeatedly found that doctors don’t believe the law will let them help patients and make a living."

13 percent surprisingly low, and is probably much lower than the proportion of Republicans and conservatives who support gun control.

If the question were asked, "do most US doctors support changes to a health care system that's inefficient, way too expensive and isn't very good as judged by most objective metrics?" I'd hope that most do.

The problem is that all Obamacare does is make a dysfunctional and expensive US health care system even worse.

Forty-six percent of doctors

And they call themselves highly educated. Why is that number so low? Obama is stealing their income with smaller and smaller procedure fees. It should be 98%.

AMA always sends me junk mail every month asking me to become a member, so I’m on their list. I have never seen such a survey, but that’s because I never open up their crap.
I’m sure a lot of non-members do the same and would have never seen a survey.

I will, since you’re implying that the other two thirds of doctors are either happy with AMA or apathetic.

Oh well, bummer they didn’t learn from Hillarycare when they had the chance.
