The House on Wednesday approved President Obama’s plan to train and equip moderate Syrian rebels to counter the growing threat of the Islamic State terrorist organization even though lawmakers in both parties remain deeply skeptical about its chances for success.

95% of the FSA is ISIS.

To say there are "moderate" FSA Syrian rebels is a joke.

So we are going to fight ISIS by arming ISIS.

The DC IDIOTS are going to get a lot of Americans killed. Maybe that’s their plan.

IDIOTS! They’re going to lead American troops to their deaths. A pilot will be shot down, and we will have to go in and end up with more people dead. Time to simply cruise missile these *****

The Republicans control the House. This is why I have very little confidence in the Republican party. They are freaking worthless as an opposition party.

If you think about it... the Administration pretty much gets whatever they want all the time. So all these polls talking about Republican landslides in November will not matter if they keep voting for ANYTHING THE DEMOCRATS WANT.

I know there are a few Republicans that do the right thing. Nevertheless, it seems like the Democrats ALWAYS have enough Republicans that vote their way. Those party members need to have a “D” by their name.

I used to give the House credit. It was a given that all Republican Senators except one or two were hopelessly in the tank for Leftist B. S. I actually thought there was hope for the House. And then the crying started. Used to be Boehner. Now it’s me.

I mourn the loss of our nation. Yes, it’s really that bad.

I can’t wait to face more of our own weapons when I head over next time. How wonderful that we have a Republican Congress keeping us troops safe. I sleep so much better now. Thanks GOP!

It's a game. They figure out for each vote who can afford to vote with the uniparty on that particular issue and still get elected.

Whatever happened to the anti-war sentiment in the Democratic Party? It's almost non-existant in their lust to always support Obama.

Agree... So why vote for the Republicans if they are just going to vote for whatever the Democrats want anyway.

I’m starting to think the Republican party is only still there to keep conservatives in check. So we actually think we have a voice when we really don’t.

I'm skeptical myself. Didn't the moderate Syrian rebels already make an pact with ISIS? This is another John McCain production. Just like Libya. And we know how that turned out.

Either do the true liberals. The globalist-pro DC elite-banking interests always win. The social issues, they're to keep us entertained. Isn't it something how spousal abuse in the NFL overtook the "news" this week, while the DC crowd approved a really stupid tactic against ISIS?
