It was a poor excuse for a reboot.
I’ve suspected for a while that Tyson has factitious disorder. I worked with a woman who had it so bad that we would listen to her long detailed stories just to hear how crazy they were and how convoluted they became. They always got more and more violent toward the end, which is a symptom of factitious disorder. It’s also something I’ve noticed about Tyson’s narratives of things like what it would feel like to get sucked into a black hole. Many of his stories end with violent imagery.
He also says that Pluto is not a planet which is wrong too!
As they say on “Stargate” He makes children cry.
Rodney McKay: Hey, at least I didn’t declassify Pluto from planet status. Way to make all the little kids cry, Neil. That make you feel like a big man?

The first mission to Pluto uncovers evidence that the solar system was a huge alien engineering project. They messed up the asteroid belt. They was to be a planet there!
The lawsuit is still working it’s way thru the alien court system.....
