Christian Website Yanks A Column Condemning Islam

Last week, Gary Cass, who drives defendchristians.org, contacted me asking if ClashDaily.com would run his piece titled, “I’m Islamaphobic, Are You?” I gave it a read and quickly said, “Heck yeah”, because Cass, like Clash, believes Islam is implacable and must be stomped on like a narc at a biker party.

In his sensible screed Gary gave three powerful points on how we must deal with violent Muslim mayhem. Check it out:

I confess, I’m “Islamaphobic,” but for very good reasons.

My fear is not an irrational fear based on uniformed prejudice; rather it’s an historic, clear-eyed, informed, rational fear. ISIS is doing to America journalists what every true follower of Mohammed wants to do to you and yours; subjugate or murder you. They believe they have been given a mandate by Allah (Satan) to dominate the world.

Are there any solutions? All the seminars, petitions, books, laws, articles and other similar actions are worthless. Muslims laugh at us for how stupid we are when it comes to dealing with them.

Here’s three possible solutions, but really there’s only one.

1.) Conversion: Wouldn’t it be wonderful to see Muslims turn from Satan (Allah) to Christ? But, I agree with Phil Robertson, this is not biblically doable. Why? God has a plan and he revealed it at the birth of Ishmael, the father of the Arabs. “The Angel of the Lord said….He [Ishmael] will be an ass of a man; His hand shall be against every man, and every man’s hand against him…” (Genesis 16:11,12). The Arab Muslims are God’s sworn enemies and are ordained by God to be against everyone. That’s not to say there will not be a small percentage of Muslims who will be saved by faith in Christ.

2.) D.A.M.N.: Depart All Muslims Now. Deport them like Spain was forced to do when they deported the Muslim Moors. Muslims in America are procreating at twice the rate of other groups. So, either we force them all to get sterilized, or we wait for the “Army of Islam” to arise in our midst and do what Muslims always do, resort to violence.

3.) Violence: The only thing that is biblical and that 1400 years of history has shown to work is overwhelming Christian just war and overwhelming self defense. Christian Generals Charles Martel in 732 and Jon Sobieski in 1672 defeated Islamic Turks and their attempts to take the West. Who will God raise up to save us this time? Will God even intervene or turn us over to the Muslims for turning against Him?

Succinctly stated, these sentiments are no different than what has been proffered by many other national security experts.

To my Clashers Cass’ column was not a big shocker, as the millions who rock up to my site month after month actually believe the bellicose “Religion of Peacers” when they say they mean to wipe us infidels off the face of the earth and establish a global caliphate, a veritable worldwide Suckistan.

The reason Cass asked me to float his column was because his column got canned by Charisma magazine’s website. They originally posted it and then pulled it because, according to an insider, it was causing Charisma to receive threats from … guess who … Muslims. So, being the typical spineless wonders the church has come to be, Charisma yanked it less they tick off the perpetually perturbed Islam.

Let me see if I understand Charisma’s editorial decision making process: Islamists cut our journalists' heads off, slaughter Christians in mass executions, burn churches to the ground and post it on YouTube, and a “Christian” website is afraid to run a column condemning such atrocities? You’ve got to be kidding me. It’s this kind of cowardice that’ll cause us to lose our religious liberty and possibly our lives.

Look folks, in case you’ve missed the ubiquitous memos … Islam means to kill us, and they’re not kidding. And yet, some amongst us won’t run a column condemning them lest Islam gets irate. Wow. How the mighty have fallen.

Which brings me to this point: As long as the church can be cowed to roll up in the fetal position and wet their big Christian diaper when threatened, the more we court our own demise and the destruction of freedom lovers worldwide.

Let’s keep pretending that Islam isn’t the cheap Judea-Christian rip-off, death cult that it is.

Comparing Islam to narcotics officers, really?

When the DEA starts doing things like getting on board with Fast and Furious there are going to be consequences, and damage to the reputations and subsequent public support of those officers among conservatives is going to be part of it.

Preaching the Choir here.
I said since 9/11 that the only answer to this is WAR. Not the silly nonsensical War on Terror that we have done which perpetuates the myth of good muslims and bad muslims and has ignorant rules of engagement that basically gets our troops killed, but WAR as in WW2 where we killed the enemy and destroyed his cities until he was wiped out or surrendered.

I see what you’re saying, but that does not make the bikers into Christian heroes suddenly.

The analogy was for the interaction between the principal groups involved, not the groups themselves.

Let's not be dismissive about evangelizing Muslims. More and more are coming to faith in Christ as they see the startling moral bankruptcy of Islam. God is using dreams and visions to attract Muslims.

Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood.....
It is no coincidence that as U.S. and rest of West descend morally and spiritually, Islamic threat has grown.
2Chronicles 7:14
If my people who are called by My Name....
It’s all pretty simple. Bombs ain’t gonna cut it.

I agree. I am Islamophobic. Yes siree. I don’t want to befriend them, work with them, buy from them or have anything to do with any of them.

We should remember that a war against Islam is both a physical war and a spiritual one. Unfortunately, I do not believe that this country, especially the leaders, are on the side of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

If Jesus can destroy the plague that is Sin, then he can destroy the plague that is Islam.
To be dismissive of evangelizing is to be dismissive of the transformative power of God.

I suppose you could look at it that way. Or, you could say that in 1400 years, evangelizing muslims hasn't worked without being backed up by the sword.

Interesting food for thought, from Ishmael until now. This quote is what I'm asking myself:

Who will God raise up to save us this time? Will God even intervene or turn us over to the Muslims for turning against Him?

According to Rabbi Cahn in his The Harbinger, the first two harbingers are the breach and the terrorist, which keeps me coming back to this from Ezekiel 28:

"...such is your skill in trading, your wealth has continued to increase, and with this your heart has grown more arrogant; since you consider yourself the equal of God, very well, I am going to bring foreigners against you, the most barbarous of the nations;"

And this:

"no, you are a man, and not a god, in the clutches of your murderers! and you will die like the godless at the hand of the foreigners; "

Have we come around to the "potential" significance of where we are, what's happening and why? I sure hope so...

I agree. I find it interesting that partaking of the Lord's Supper proclaims the Lord's death until He comes. Islam is the only group that denies the Lord's death.

Interesting — Though I do have to raise the question: is America a Trading nation?
I don’t mean to say the opposite of “are we isolationists”, but rather the question of if Trade is our... trade.
Certainly the corporations do trade, and many Americans work for the corporations, but this doesn’t mean that Americans in-general are Traders.
(i.e. if a country, say China, has 80% of its population making clothes that Corporation-A sells/trades and Corporation-A is not Chinese but, say, French — would it be right to call the Chinese Traders?) Moreover, consumerism [which I think more accurately describes America] is different than plying the merchant’s trade.

I am more reminded of James 5:1-4, Ex 22:21-24, and Is 58 WRT America’s problems. (These deal with the oppressed crying out to God and God hearing; pay special attn to the Exodus passage.)

Indeed, I fully agree with that. Being the descendent of Ishmael doesn’t condemn one to unbelief (and thus hell) anymore than being a gentile does. A Muslim can be converted by the Holy Spirit just like any other sinner. God determines that....I cannot write off an entire class of people as being unredeemable.

Now that being said, I do also believe it is prudent to take steps to protect ourselves from that great horde that will not believe or will not live in peace. That is true of any belief system (religious or not) that will not tolerate those not in agreement with it (like the extreme communists were).

I think there needs to be a fundamental shift in American policy when dealing with mid-eastern countries. We should make it policy that when the American military is committed to a fight (like Iraq and Afghanistan), we will always require a “regime change” and a MAJOR part of that change will be the establishment of “Freedom of Religion.” We should NEVER allow an Islamic government to be set up where American lives have been lost. Ensure that these countries have true “Freedom of Religion” so that all beliefs (or unbelief) can exist in peace. Those Islamists that cannot abide this should be exterminated as enemies of humanity. Freedom of Religion/Belief(freedom of conscience) - enforced - is how to pacify Islamic extremists.
