I can't see ISIS as oil men. Knowing them they probably beheaded anyone who could actually operate the plant. May it blow up in their face. Literally.

Refineries produce gasoline and various other compounds and fuels from crude oil. Destroying a refinery is not going to effect the world's oil supply. But I'm sure it will effect that region's supply of fuel for cars trucks etc.. Now if ISIS started destroying oil wells ...

Killing reporters, aid workers, and burning stuff. How fearsome! Killing innocent doesn’t make you a warrior, it makes you lower than a pig. Jihad Joe’s are the most pathetic group of wimps on earth. They can’t point a gun unless they have a woman or child as a shield. The only victories they can claim are against unarmed towns in the middle of nowhere.
I hope the internet mocks them everywhere they go. It would effectively neutralize any chance at propaganda. Punch em right in their tiny-dick pride. They can’t even get a woman to talk to them without a slave collar or sticking a gun in their face. They probably need slave girls to change their diapers.
