NEVER! Some in Crimea THOUGHT their pensions would be bigger su they voted annex. However, East Ukraine & Crimea has a long, long history of election corruption, so I believe corruption of voting continued.

That is why the world does not recognize the annexation of Crimea by Russian Federation.
