US airstrikes already making headway, says Israeli official.
Israel may play a frontline role in the international coalition forming against Islamic State – the jihadi group sweeping through Iraq and Syria in its bid to reinstate a Middle East caliphate.
As world powers unite around a US-led plan for military action to topple the militant group, Jerusalem is signaling that if Islamic State decides to spread out to Jordan – Israel will not hesitate to act.
"We will use any means necessary," a senior Israeli official told local television station Channel 2. "Let me make this clear: If Islamic State reaches [the Hashemite Kingdom] we will take action."
The official lauded US President Barack Obama's plan for action and said airstrikes were already changing the situation on the ground, as "Kurdish forces are able to win back areas" overrun by IS.
High-level talks between Israel and the US currently underway in Washington, are centering on this issue.

If Israel extends itself to attack ISIS, they should be always on guard for an Obama betrayal. Obama has been forced by political necessity to at least sound like he will fight the Islamic State, but he has shown that he always wants to weaken and destroy Israel.

Their has been a number of books written that let the cat out of the bag ( late 80's early 90's?) about Israel's "program". It detailed their work with the French and South Africans and testing. Yes it is rumored they are not the "typical" devices but of the newtrhon type.
You are naive if you think we don’t have neutron bombs and worse.
The whole idea of neutron bombs was so abhorrent to Ed Teller that he refused to help, effectively killing any US efforts in that direction.
After that, any putative US neutron bomb in existence would have been eliminated from the US arsenal under Clinton during his crippling purge of US nuclear capabilities.
US nuclear capabilities are a shadow of what they were in the 1970s and 80s. In fact, there is a reasonable supposition that many current warheads may not work, due to age and lack of actual testing - the only testing done today is via simulation aka computer models - we all know how well that works for the climate changers.
If we have worse, we will only know that capability when and if the situation arises of use it or lose it.
As far as Israel having a neutron capability, it is only rumor and supposition. Again, without actual testing, there is no way to be sure that an existing warhead will actually work - assuming that Israel once had a working warhead or a prototype.
The only country known to have once had working, tested (in the late 1990s) neutron warheads is China - something we likely have Clinton to thank for as part of his Third Way philosophy.
In Isaiah 17, Damascus the Capitol city of Syria is destroyed utterly in a day and no one ever lives there again. With current world events as a framework I would guess Assad looses to ISIS, they fire some of the Syrians vast chemical weapons stockpiles at Israel, and Israel nukes them.
To condense All of the chapter into one sentence, ‘In the evening there is trouble, by morning it’s over, Damascus is a ruined heap, and man will never live there again’.
It is also prophesied that Damascus becomes an Israeli border town in the future.
The prophecy of Israel’s borders being from the Nile to the Euphrates makes more sense once you see the scope of this threat to their existence.
Same reasoning applies to the assumed Israeli nukes.

My understanding is that China conducted two tests - one of which you link to. Worthy of note is that both tests were on live subjects - seen in the village around the test - interestingly both villages were Chinese muslim.
Images were taken by US spy satellites which watch for such events - no foreknowledge necessary.
The original report was from a site having the name Security in it - I do not remember the full name, but I think I went looking years ago and it is now a pay site. It gave further images and a full analysis, appearing in the year of the test.

That Israel has neutron bombs and that in the book of Zechariah there is a very similar description of the result of using such a weapon, that it can be tuned so that only proteins would be destroyed.
I was merely commenting that having an army be destroyed in the manner stated was impossible for man to accomplish until the invention of these weapons,
