A video has surfaced showing two witnesses' incredulous reactions to the shooting of unarmed teenager Michael Brown by a Ferguson, Missouri police officer.
In the video, one of the contractors standing near the scene throws his own hands up in the air and shouts 'he had his f****** hands in the air' minutes after Brown was gunned down.
Officer Darren Wilson shot dead unarmed 18-year-old Brown on August 9, in an incident that triggered a national debate on race relations and two weeks of widespread protests.
The men's reactions were captured on a cellphone-recorded video obtained by CNN.
One of the men, who spoke to CNN under condition of anonymity, told the broadcaster he saw Brown running away from a police car.
Brown then put his hands up and 'the officer was chasing him', he said. He saw Wilson fire a shot at Brown while his back was turned.
The other contractor said he saw Brown's 'brains come out of his head,' adding 'his hands were up.'
An autopsy commissioned by Brown's family concluded that he was shot six times, twice in the head.
It comes two days after a judge denied a request to release Brown's juvenile records.

Is there one?
Why did it take so long for this video to make it to the media?
The bullet holes are lying?!?
Eric the Corrupt’s FBI lackeys are going to have to do a better job in creating alternative facts. They might want to hire on Dan Rather and the CBS “Fake but accurate” crew as advisors and hire Elijah Cummings and John Lewis to act as impartial DOJ social justice consultants.
shot from the front, these witnesses saw him shot from behind. —
Officer was a real bad shot, missed, and bullet traveled around the globe, hitting Brown from behind.
Normally unlikely physics were enabled by Global Warming.
Wait, if it went around the world it would still be traveling in the same direction when it got back to where Brown was and...
never mind...

You’re talking about court cases, I’m talking about news cycles. “Speedy trials” take a long time but they generally get only a little play in the news. I feel pretty certain that no one will be able to avoid hearing about Ferguson till after the election.
RE: BTW, have you all seen the pic of wilson in the Hospital with his left eye broken and bloody?
No, I haven’t. Is there one? Can you post it?

It is still in the news. You just aren’t paying attention.

The Danziger shootings come up in some news story about every week.
Folks, the one witness said that Brown fell about four feet from Wilson.
It is not standard police practice to have someone who just felony assaulted you AND tried to disarm you to walk back toward you. It is however, standard police practice to tell a suspect to turn away, go to their knees, then to the ground and spread their arms and legs.
The witness also said Wilson was backing up. Does anyone believe that he was silent the whole time, not giving a verbal commands to stop, back up, lay down?
Dollars to donuts that Wilson’s videotaped account given to the St. Louis County Police Department will contain statements that he gave Brown loud verbal commands to cease and desist and Brown just kept coming.
I even bet Brown was taunting him by saying “What you gonna do police, shoot me?”
This incident needs a thorough, unbiased and competent investigation, as soon as the Keystone Kops from the DOJ get out of the way.
Ok, a peeve here. It is ENTIRELY possible that the police officer did indeed fire at Brown while he was running away. The autopsy results do not contradict this. The only thing the autopsy results show is that brown was HIT from the front. Shots to the back might not have hit their mark.
Sorry to vent here, just bothers me to see things like this posted when there are obvious potential explanations.
Exactly!
28 too!
Well, if they saw him shot from behind, it matters not whether his hands were in the air. Obviously he was still fleeing, not surrendering, since he didn’t turn around. That’s resisting arrest, after assaulting an officer among other things.
Black or white? What really matters... Did they hear any wet grass?
And the rounds in his arm didn't enter from a frontal, hands-up perspective - would be really good shooting to put 4 rounds in the raised arm of a retreating suspect...
