Sarah Palin urged President Barack Obama to “go big or go home” against the threat of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, but said it’s hard to put much faith in his new promises.
“War is hell. So go big or go home, Mr. President,” Palin wrote on Facebook on Wednesday night. “Big means bold, confident, wise assurance from a trustworthy Commander-in-Chief that it shall be worth it. Charge in, strike hard, get out. Win.”
Palin’s post came shortly after Obama’s prime-time television address in which the president outlined plans to “degrade and ultimately destroy” ISIL.
“Go big and be real, Mr. President, if you’ve really changed your mind again and now wish to engage,” Palin wrote.
She continued, “For the sake of peace-loving people in America and throughout the world, let’s hope Barack Obama means what he says when he uses terms like ‘defeating’ ISIS. He is so inconsistent in leading a failed agenda that it’s virtually impossible to put any hope in his new promises, because either his past statements shrugging off ISIS as just a ‘JV squad’ was all talk, or tonight’s new terminology is just all talk.”

If “go home” means resigning from the White House, I’ll take “go home”.
You can't hope for someone who is beyond hope.

Democrats believe they can have a nice tidy, contained little war and not risk anything by starting it.
Push button and high tech will do it all.
They are deluded.
So what does that mean exactly? Obama said he's going to bomb everything in sight, what more does she want to bomb? Is she looking for troops involved? Another invasion?
This is another one of those sound bites that sound great, appear tough, and means absolutely nothing. Maybe she is running for president after all.

She doesn't really do anything for me that way, it's her attitude that I like and the fact that she drives the Left and the RINOs (but I repeat myself) crazy.
I'm just trying to figure out what she means here. If her purpose is to drive the left crazy, well I doubt this will do it. If her purpose was to offer an alternate plan to whatever Obama has dreamed up, then I'm not seeing that either. It seems to be a lot of nothin'.

Sarah is exactly correct. Too bad she isn’t in charge.
He statement of ‘degrading ISIL’ scares me.
Even following that with ‘defeating ISIL’.
IOW, diddling around w/ minimal involvement for a while.
Overwhelm them right off the bat.
Obama and the democrats don’t learn. When the blind sheik and his crew were responsible for trying to bomb the world trade center, brilliant Clinton lobbed some cruise missles into Afganistan. That did nothing but benefit some munitions producers here in this country.
The air strikes will help some, but to suppress them and win, you need what Bush did, put people on the ground. The air strikes will quiet them down some, but in the end, to crush them, you have to go after them.
Sarah Palin is right. Do it right or don’t do it at all. A democrat can’t be wrong. Obama is just going to leave this for the next president.

So tell me...how many troops? Who goes? How do we pay for it? Let’s hear the details.
She could just have easily called Obama a sissy, but his boybriend Reggie Love already calls him that.
Neither I, nor you, nor Mrs. Palin, are the “president”. But we are private citizens and are entitled to our opinions.
But, I agree with her assessment.
If you don’t see the need to eradicate the ISIS threat, then perhaps your bread is buttered on the other side.
