No one has been charged in the prank, and no one has been arrested.
Also on Monday, Dean Valore, a lawyer representing the family, said offers of support have been pouring in from across the country and around the world. On Friday, some Bay Village residents staged a rally to show their support for the teenager and to promote tolerance.
Valore said his office is cooperating with Bay Village police on their criminal investigation, which he said is proceeding “very swiftly. I think we’re going to have justice.”

That would kill them, if not from choking on the fumes, then by lack of oxygen.
However, I do understand your sentiments.
They do need to be taught a lesson that they will never forget.

I'm upset that they said they can't do anything because it didn't happen in school. In OH, any criminal activity by three or more can be defined as gang activity. If the authorities want they can and should demand justice.
