I don't live there, but based on Panera being there I would see it as a well off or upwardly mobile location.
They don't open stores YET that I've seen in lower class neighborhoods.

IIRC they opened at least one concept store in lower class area where they had no set prices to allow the “poor” to access healthy food. Not sure what happened to that.

To date, the chain hasn't had any material issues with firearms at its stores So in order to appease a bunch of left wing whiners they'll adopt a position addressing a problem they don't have.
