There's lots of blame to go around for "Ferguson", and the list could be much longer than the above given reasons.
The Unions ARE ALSO leftists...so, yes, they’re included in the whole mix ;-)
And even then, such conditions could provide the most intelligent and learned students that ever lead society.
That indeed is a major part, tied to a basically lazy, selfish, low motivation Africanized culture.
I know they can do better. When I was a kid, Black families may have been poor but they knew that work and education were their key to improve. Back then many of our rural blacks had beautiful gardens, now none. Most also had a real Dad at home, damn few now. Thanks LBJ!
