Update 2:06 p.m. — Rochester Democrat & Chronicle reporting that the plane is registered to Rochester developer Larry Glazer.
Glazer has development projects in Naples, Florida where the plane was originally headed.

Is it me or have we learned nothing since 09/11/01. We let another plane fly over U.S. airspace untouched because of frosted windows? What if it had been another attack?

Small planes crash a lot. It usually happens upon landing or takeoff but it does happen quite a bit.
