Sen. Carl Levin, chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, is putting the finishing touches on his supposed “investigation” of the IRS scandal that will, in essence, be a press release for the IRS and the administration, a reliable source tells me.
The Michigan Democrat apparently dismisses all of the allegations made over the targeting of tea party and other conservative organizations and instead attacks the Office of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, which revealed the scandal when it issued its May 2013 report about the “inappropriate criteria” used to “identify tax-exempt applications for review.”

Why not? We all know that the Tea Party members are worse than ISIS terrorists anyway. They’re just lucky we haven’t built the ovens yet!
Plus, he was calling for the IRS to “bring charges against the groups,” and that was before any investigation of the groups. If you have any doubts that the left would willingly eliminate those of us standing in opposition, simpy consider this case. It is just a first step....
Never mind the fact that Lerner was acting directly at Levin’s behest, which is why the IRS went to such trouble to erase her email trails.
Can you say "conflict of interest?"
Levin needs to spend his golden years in a supermax prison cell and be buried in a landfill after he finally croaks.

Wow. The saga continues. Only Democrats want to stop the investigation.
Levin is retiring, no worries for him.
The man isn’t just a coward, he’s a vicious tool for the left. He’s one name I’ll be pleased to never hear again.
