It will be ok...Obama will manage ISIS. Well,Obama will coach ISIS on how to kill Americans.

The militant outfit Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has seized nearly 40 kg of uranium compounds used for research purposes at Mosul University when it overran that city last month, and now that poses a risk, “in Iraq or abroad,” according to an Iraqi government letter to U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
“Terrorist groups have seized control of nuclear material at the sites that came out of the control of the state,” said Iraq’s U.N. Ambassador Mohamed Ali Alhakim in a July 8, 2014 letter initially obtained by Reuters, adding that despite the limited amount believed to be in ISIS’ possession such materials “can be used in manufacturing weapons of mass destruction”.

There’s also the earlier alarm over chemical WMD. Of course, all this is reported without a hint of an apology to W.
Most of what they got in Iraq is medical materials. Syria is the real concern. They clearly have it and have used it in Syria.
IS are Obama’s “sons”.
They will be allowed to bring these materials to the US
and the Tyrant will direct them to get these materials
from US storehouses.
Meanwhile, SSDD, Congress, EXEMPT, fat and protected
... will do nothing to stop the destruction of the USA.
Earlier reports were that they already have radioactive materials that they captured.
It won't be direct, but I am sure his Brotherhood people in the White House are making provisions for that training to happen, perhaps tipping them off to certain vulnerabilities and how they can be best exploited such as the weakest points in the power grid and maintenance schedules and the like.
I sleep well at night knowing our borders are secure...

obama NEVER refers to them as ISIS, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS as ISIL.
The name ISIL gives them diplomatic recognition of the right to dominion over Israel.
Whew! We’re all safe now. The U.S. State Dept. inked a deal (FED ink on paper?), the borders are secure, NSA is second to none, the drones keep a close eye on things, the CIA & FBI are well-equipped to handle anything and the IRS is on the job with computers humming.

Let me get this straight. Saddam Hussein, who openly threatened the US, was safe possessing “low-level radioactive and radiological materials”, because he was ‘contained’.
But now its dangerous for ISIS to have it?

Ok, so les’see: The very best thing that could possibly happen, from the perspective of an America despising 60’s, blood-drenched and utterly unrepentant radical is a dirty bomb attack on both coasts, necessitating martial law and the controlled moving of survivors enmass to designated places, (call this “1.00”) And just such a person having access to the highest level of American power (call this 2.00”)...now what is 1.00 + 2.00?
