Joseph Fults, 46, faces one misdemeanor count each of battery and domestic battery
A man from Chicago's south shore faces domestic battery charges after he allegedly beat his girlfriend and her son early Monday before throwing her 8-month-old daughter from a moving vehicle.
He then drove over the baby when he sped off, police said.

Brings to mind a local individual who tied a car jack to his 2 1/2 year old daughter’s car seat and threw her off a bridge into a creek to drown. I still get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach when I’m reminded of that one.
The race hustlers didn’t come running for that one either.
