Interesting point. If conservatives state that implants will be used to assure ONE-PERSON ONE-VOTE, they can just about be assured that implants for humans will NEVER see the light of day.
Yeah ... only it really has to be on a place that is easily accessible, perhaps under the skin on your right hand. But then again, that would discriminate against those who through accident or service to country ... lost their right hand. For those folks, it would have to be in a place that, if you lost that appendage, you would be dead anyway. How about the forehead?

Agreed. It would have to be an ORDER from the beast himself and a worldwide order at that. Every man, woman and child would be affected. As it stands right now, there is no beast or “statue” which is ruling the planet. No one person has come forward and brought actual lightning or fire from the sky with the wave of his hand without the aid of a machine.(Rev.13:13). I agree with you that a “VivaInk” tattoo is not the Mark of the Beast. I do think that the concept of the “digital tattoo” is part of an overall conditioning of the masses to accept the idea of altering their bodies with technology.
So why does Revelation tell us that taking the Mark of the Beast is an unforgiveable sin? Perhaps it will be a genetic alteration that will pollute the DNA of much of mankind - as in the days of Noah.
