This is exactly how this will play out:
The shutdown WILL occur on Oct 1. No noticeable effects for a while.
On or about October 15, Obama will pull the plug on the EBT cards and blame Republicans.
From October 15 - November 1st, increasing levels of riots will occur in major cities. The entire time, Obama and the Propaganda Corps (ABC NBC CBS CNN NYT) will blame it on the shutdown and on Republicans.
November 1st through 7th, Obama will demand Democrats get to the polls to restore government services.
Democrats will turn out in numbers never seen before on an off year.
Republicans will not take the Senate and will lose the House. Obama will keep importing Latinos at a breakneck speed from then on. There will be no threat of impeachment or limitation any more.
The coup will be complete.
Some people remark that the States administer EBT. True, but in 2013, during the government shutdown, the Feds were about ready to pull the plug on the states. Please note this letter:

I thought so. There is a small chance the plan can be thwarted if Senior Republican Management is exposed to it. My goal is to get these series of thoughts in front of them.

The proper way to destroy a house is set a process in place, then wait. When possible, deepen the process.
Doing what you suggest would be like taking a baseball bat to a half rotted house. Damaging, but no match for more carpenter ants and time, and more time.
The goal is to set the process in place, and then, when the time is right, place your foot on a rotting support, and push just a little. The house was gone, before it was gone.

Been thinking about this for a whole year. The EBT card shutdown, blamed on about 6 different reasons, last year and during the last shutdown... that was a hand tip, to me.
I’m not sure what strategy 0bama and /or his handlers will use, but he will not allow a “fair” election. He/they did not allow one in 2012 and we will never see one again.
The electorate and elections are being “managed.”

That sent chills down my spine. Too coincidental... something that NEVER has happened before, happened during the 2013 shutdown.
This may or may not happen. I do suspect it has been talked about in the Obama administration, and may even be an operative plan. However, can it occur?
