Russians troops fighting in Ukraine? Naw. They’re just on ‘vacation.’

“Among us are fighting serving [Russian] soldiers, who would rather take their vacation not on a beach but with us, among brothers, who are fighting for their freedom,” Alexander Zakharchenko said in a reported interview with a Russian state television station.
Except for the Russian government itself, they’re not even pretending anymore. Though don’t tell the Russians that. Just this week, after being confronted with video evidence that appeared to contradict their story, they maintained the charade.

Taking undeclared wars to the next level. Not only not declaring a war that you are fighting, but not even publicly acknowledging that you are fighting at all.
The “men in green.” No one is pretending any more Russia is neutral.
I remember when my dad to two year-long vacations to Vietnam.
They generously sent the Ukraine 200,000 bottles of champagne.
Each accompanied by a waiter.
Those aren’t tour buses the “tourists” are riding. They kind of look like tanks, but I suppose I could be wrong.
