Many of you have asked me "What can I do to help stop Obama's destruction of my country from illegal thugs and terrorists?" The following may supply a big part of the answer.
With regards to the case Taitz v [Jeh] Johnson et al, Attorney Taitz is seeking to sue the US government's DHS in order to issue an emergency stay and eventually nullify DACA (Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals). Orly is currently seeking the emergency action 'to grant a stay of all trafficking of illegal aliens" and "stay implementation of DACA (Deferred Action on Child Arrivals)."
On 1 August 2014, US District Court Judge Andrew S. Hanen issued an Order to Show Cause the Obama government as to why he should not issue the stay. ...

Update from Orly's site on the border agents:
In regards to the testimony of the 4 border patrol agents, the government is obstructing justice and has not given the ok yet for the officers to leave work and appear in court, even though Judge Hanen ordered the clerk of the court to issue subpoenas and the subpoenas were issues and served. BP agents were told to wait till tomorrow morning for the DOJ to give ok. The flight is tomorrow morning.
Further, while the government usually pays for the officers to appear in court and testify, they will not do so in this case and the union did not approve the payment either. I advised the border patrol agents that I would be willing to pay for them, however the last minute airfare is extremely expensive. I would greatly appreciate donations to cover the expenses of airfare and hotel accommodations for these 4 border patrol agents to travel to TX and testify before Judge Hanen
If this isn't political abuse of power, I don't know what is.
The union position is somewhat surprising. On the one hand, union higher ups are very compliant with Democratic political demands. On the other, the border patrol agents are being screwed over, along with the rest of us, and you'd think their reps would feel some pressure from below.
Union leadershiphahs just about always been commie.

Senator Cruz associate will be at the hearing.
I called his San Antonio office.
A guy took down the info about the hearing.
After I finished describing the location and to send Senator Cruz your note about the hearing, the guy told me they know about the hearing and somebody from Ted Cruz associates will be at the hearing.
