A thug armed with a pellet gun fired at a jogger in Central Park late Monday and is now being sought by police. The victim, 36, told police she was jogging near midnight in the far southern end of the park, on the West Drive near West 60th Street, when a pellet hit her in the back of the head. In 1987 it was taking your life into your own hands to jog there.
By 1995, jogging there at any hour was a common activity.
Maybe tour 10 thousand well heeled need to hire some goblin hunters.
With the south end of the park at 59th st she was barely in the park. That area is (or was) brightly lit.
Wonder if she was a guest at one of the hotels?
Thing is, that going out in the middle of the night to a public park is fairly idiotic, but she likely works during the day and might work in shifts, so night is the only time she can get any kind of jogging in.
Could very well be; from out of town and decided to go out.
So the ferals are moving into the more well heeled areas.

Nah, the ferals have always loved central park. Lots of places to hide and ambush the rich and naive idiots who go there after dark. Its the equivalent of a crocodile infested river that fat zebras like to cool off in.

Obama wants to take us back to the time (before I was born) that we had race riots in this country (ok I was young with LA and Rodney King happened, but I mean the late sixties and mid-early 70’s) and when we had mass domestic (socialistic based) terrorism.
I am certainly am glad to hear that "nothing bad" ever happens at midnight where "well-healed" people live (at least in NYC)...

Lady doesn’t realize that Al Sharpton is running the NYC police department now. When he tells Bratton “this is going to be the policy,” then that’s the policy. The squeegee men are back harassing motorists and the panhandlers in the subway too - screaming and threatening people.
It’s easier to hate herself for white guilt than it is to be wary of those who do hate her for white priviledge.
