Holder was then among the leaders of the Student Afro-American Society (SAAS), which demanded that the former ROTC office be renamed the “Malcolm X Lounge.” The change, the group insisted, was to be made “in honor of a man who recognized the importance of territory as a basis for nationhood.”

Black radicals from the same group also occupied the office of Dean of Freshman Henry Coleman until their demands were met. Holder has publicly acknowledged being a part of that action.

The details of the student-led occupation, including the claim that the raiders were “armed,” come from a deleted Web page of the Black Students’ Organization (BSO) at Columbia, a successor group to the SAAS. Contemporary newspaper accounts in The Columbia Daily Spectator, a student newspaper, did not mention weapons.

My cousin’s husband is a black/Hispanic guy from Puerto Rico, and he is more black than Holder-so are their kids. Holder is posing as black since the election-he didn’t do that before then.

UMMMM best practices: stay in school, stay out of gangs, get a job, wear pants that fit, don’t shoplift, don’t beat up police officers, don’t be out wandering the streets after dark, don’t become addicted to drugs or alcohol, go to church, don’t have children unless you are married; stay married and raise your children to work hard, do well in school, show respect for authority...etc., etc. I wonder if anyone suggested similar hints as “best practices”.

I understand, Holder. My son was stopped for no reason and his car searched, drug dog called, the whole thing. That would be my white son. I guess it would be more serious, more heinous, if you’re black, OR you’re just hyper-sensitive.
