Kind of an important detail, yet buried 21 paragraphs deep. They’re not as specific as Jim Hoft was yesterday in alleging that Wilson’s eye was busted — the type of injury is unspecified here — but this is the first evidence I know of reported in a major paper that Brown might have been physically aggressive towards Wilson.
Er, why didn’t the Times think to ask its sources, “What kind of injury?” Or did they and received a “no comment” in reply? Police might want to keep that detail a secret to see if witnesses will independently corroborate it. I.e. if it’s his eye and a witness claims he saw Brown punch Wilson in the face, they know that witness is likely credible.
However, law enforcement officials say witnesses and forensic analysis have shown that Officer Wilson did sustain an injury during the struggle in the car…
It was something strange, said [eyewitness Michael] Brady, 32, a janitor. Something was not right. It was some kind of altercation. I cant say whether he was punching the officer or whatever. But something was going on in that window, and it didnt look right.…
According to his account to the Ferguson police, Officer Wilson said that Mr. Brown had lowered his arms and moved toward him, law enforcement officials said. Fearing that the teenager was going to attack him, the officer decided to use deadly force. Some witnesses have backed up that account. Others, however including [Brown's friend Dorian] Johnson have said that Mr. Brown did not move toward the officer before the final shots were fired…

the officer may well have been blind in the injured eye when he began to shoot.
His eye socket is badly broken.. Don’t know which eye, but I am assuming the left eye of the officer, as Brown was most likely right handed.
Some reports state that the damage is bad enough that it is ‘a life changing event for the officer’.
Was there any BLOOD spots BEHIND the Gentle Giant to show that he was moving TOWARD the officer??
Police sources............. Well, that’ll be discounted as the “thin blue line”.
The black activist Left deliberately chose this thug as their avatar specifically BECAUSE he was guilty and the ensuing white aquittal would give the Grievance Elite a reason to riot and a refreshed History of Oppression.
Well.... how far did Brown run before he stopped, turned around and put his hands up ?
He was 35 feet away from the Police vehicle when he dropped dead. How far had he run before that? Which direction was he headed ?
These are rhetorical questions for the readers here. I have a good idea what the answers are.

I’d think with that kind of damage to the bones surrounding Wilson’s eye, contusions would be found on Brown’s knuckles.
I am going on memory here...too lazy to look it up. When Baden was giving his presser about the autopsy I could have sworn he mentioned more than once there were NO other physical injuries on the giant other than those from the gunshot wounds. Nothing to indicate a struggle.
Did Baden even look at the body or just sign off as was alleged?
Actually in the vid he looked left handed.
One aspect I’ve seen barely explored is what happened to Wilson in the two hours aftermath. Was he one of the officers, as some suggest, walking around and securing the perimeter? Or, did his injury mean that he was soon at a Hospital?
The 35 feet meme seems to be based on a possibly errant identification of Wilson’s car.
I’m sure The Slimes staffers are in complete breakdown at this moment
The Truth hurts, doesn’t it?
Facts are irrelevant. Only the narrative matters.
Caller says she has the officer's side of the Ferguson shooting
See... the media lets little things like that slip.
I knew of someone who sustained a broken eye socket in a vehicle accident. In healing, the focus of that eye was different from the other - different planes, (don’t know how to describe) but he was never able to drive. They were looking for a surgeon who would refracture the socket and reset it. I don’t know if it ever happened.
Maybe he stayed at a Holiday Inn the night before.
Not if he did it with his elbow
First I've heard of that. Nothing evidence wise seems to support that. I know there is a poster who keeps claiming that the WHITE SUV wrapped with POLICE EVIDENCE TAPE (because that is where the incident started, and there is likely a gunshot hole somewhere in the vehicle so this was to keep the 'evidence' from being disturbed) that Officer Wilson got out of, that is assigned to him, etc. WAS NOT Officer Wilson's vehicle.
THAT POSTER is completely wrong.
