Vanity: If radical Islam is a cancer, what is the carcinogen?
20 August, 2014 | Self

Posted on 08/20/2014 5:56:36 AM PDT by magellan

The murder of American reporter James Foley, by an apparently British IS Jihadist brings up a question: If Radical Islam is a cancer on the world, what is the carcinogen? What causes this level of radicalism to foment and metastasize?

Until this question can be accurately answered, we will not stop it. It has continued to grow faster than we can "cut it out", it has continued to come back even when we excise it, and and will continue to grow faster than we can cut it out.

Real prophets climb mountains to be closer to God, they don’t crawl into holes to listen to the hissings of The Serpent.

Islam. It is carcinogenic. It is toxic. There is no benign form. When it appears benign that is from a lack of nutrients- resources. Societies infected with Islam produce no surplus. Islam needs outside resources to grow. It garners resources/nutrients by conquest or by the gifts and stipends provided by civilized societies infected with the related cancer of Marxism and Egalitarianism.

I would say “envy”

a movement that finds a way to flame the human emotion of envy into a cult-like following can develop into a political movement with various instruments through which to exercise power, including extreme brutal force

islam takes the envy of the poor and dispossessed and flames it into an emotional movement where religious purity elevates these people above their oppressors and promises them superiority over their oppressors and reward in the next world- a form of hope and/or revenge

their submission is not to their lot in life, but to a “god” allah they see as their ultimate avenger and thus a master they are devoted to serving

the more brutally and aggressively they exercise their “purification” the more “moral and righteous” they can claim to be

twisted, but that's how I see it

the cure? unknown
sadly, not the westernized social advancement experiment Bush tried in Iraq in 2003

A couple thousand years of wrapping your women in burlap and making love to your goats can’t help.

It's pure breeding. The goats are selected for looks, the women for being first cousins...

I wish I could remember exactly who said it to attribute it properly, but while watching the news about a week ago someone said:

“There is no drug in the world as addictive as human blood.”

I immediately thought to myself -— HE NAILED IT.
