Foley knew as a war correspondent his life was on the edge in the first place....regardless of what war he was covering.
Covering any story in the ME is dangerous....”infidels” aren’t welcomed.

I just checked at Global Post. It shows that he wrote many articles for them, but their “Articles by James Foley” page is now blank. Don’t know what they’re up to.
Maybe a lot of pro-islamic stuff?
Muslim decapitation isn’t one full swipe and they’re done....they “saw” through the neck with a rather short knife.

I agree with you. We pay money to watch pretend blood in movies and TV. It’s in our games. People need to see this to understand that these ISIS animals aren’t characters in a movie or video game. They are real and they want to kill us. They would gladly saw your head or mine off with a hunting knife. They need to be killed like the mad dogs they are.
Any American who thinks that we can buy their love or change our ways a little to make them happy needs to see these videos.
Hiding or hiding from the video doesn’t make it go away. Just like the 911 videos, which should be shown everyday IMO.
A single blow decapitation with a sharp blade is about as instantaneous a death as can be imagined. If there is any pain, it could not last more than a second or two. There are good arguments for the guillotine being one of the most humane methods of execution.
OTOH, being gut-shot and left to die without treatment means several days of agony.
Of course, one can always cut a head off with a dull pocketknife, I guess, which seems to be a specialty of the Islamists.
Spread the video and explain. We must watch these, we must honor our dead, know how they died, and end their murderers.

They also seem to be tweeting about a group of US Special Forces captured in the last couple of hours, as well.
This cannot be possible, because we don’t have any “Boots on the ground”, right?

U suspect not. My take is that the Post was protecting him (and themselves) from retribution. His articles are still there.

The media ignores everything because it makes Obama look bad..whats going on in Missouri is a squirrel tactic, everyone look over there while the real crimes are being committed elsewhere..today over 60 rockets were fired into Israel, that’s something else being completely ignored..also, when you see those protests in Missouri, pay VERY close attention to the signs and flags being waved around..Ive seen Palestinian flags being waved by blacks, now tell me why would a black person be waving a Palestinian flag..and how about “ISIS is here” sign someone had yesterday..very scary stuff
