Washington Times and others are reporting about the 'static assembly' rules now in force in Ferguson, and quotes AP, but I can't find an AP article with 'static assembly' in the title. Here's at least a blurb on it from WashTimes:

Friends have reported exactly how the Nation of Islam dealt with drug dealers in their neighborhood. Suffice it to say exactly how I and assorted Freepers would have : one warning and then a ass kicking if we find you back here.

protestors = street thugs looking for large screen TVs and an opportunity to break stuff
activists are telling protestors to get back in the back of the bus, serve the greater cause of socialism and do what they’re told
From Live Feed ... Have seen two toddlers in strollers. Some children 6 to 9 years of age. What are these people thinking by bringing their young into this gathering crowd? I’d be going in the opposite direction and taking my children away from the area.

Crime states have likely plummeted in Oakland since the buses full of “protestors” left for Ferguson...
I used to have a theory that the govt might use gangs as shock troops directly or indirectly.

Different names for different forms of scum to me. I see no legitimate “protesting” going on. All of them are thugs that don’t want to let an opportunity go to waste
There was an article yesterday in Indy about a group of “protestors” from there that had just returned from Ferguson.
Looks like a good number of the crowd are not Missouri residents
Add to that the hundreds in the media from every corner of the world.
If they drove out all of the non-residents, this crap would stop within hours
Obama doesn’t really need to use youth gangs - he can simply employ his Attorney General. It’s more or less the same thing.
Indianapolis?? well that IS closer...than.. Oakland...but .....
Im sure that Ferguson is still in Top “Rotation” on the news networks.
If trayvon martin were alive theyd probably be vying to hire him for his expert commentary on the riots...
