NAACP President Cornell Brooks said it is "critically important" that a special prosecutor be appointed to investigate the death of Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager who was shot by a white police officer last week.
Browns' death has resulted in a week of clashes between protesters and police in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, Mo., even as Gov. Jay Nixon attempted to restore the peace by instituting a curfew over the weekend.

I think he means special persecutor, not prosecutor.
What makes one prosecutor more “special” than any other prosecutor? I guess we’ll have to shop for a “judge” who is

Holder the leader of the dept. of selective justice will appoint a someone and f the million of tax payers who get f’d by the government.
This could be another Trayvon Martin situation.
In that case, the local DA declined to press charges against Zimmerman. Then, a special prosecutor was appointed, and it was that special prosecutor who brought the indictment against Zimmerman, which resulted in his trial.
These people are out for blood again. They want this police officer indicted and tried for murder. I don’t know if the facts warrant that. None of us do.
But I’m certain he will be tried. If the local DA reviews the case and declines to prosecute, as happened with Zimmerman, then the pressures will be intense to have a special prosecutor do the indictment so a trial can happen.
They are following a script here. No doubt in my mind about that. The facts won’t matter as much as making their political statement about racism.

As in the Zimmerman case, it does not matter what the truth is now, the narrative has been set. The police allowed the narrative to be set by the media. As with the Zimmerman case.
